People Are Losing Their Minds Over High School Sensation LaMelo Ball's Ridiculous 92 Points in One Game

UCLA is getting a viral superstar.

LaMelo Ball has the internet on fire right about now. In California, the Chino Hills High School sophomore basketball standout turned into a real-life version of NBA Jam's flamethrower, scoring an absolutely ridiculous 92 points — yes, ninety-two — to lead his squad to a 146-123 win over Los Osos High School on Tuesday night.

His family is something of a social-media sensation already, with Lonzo Ball a freshman on the same UCLA hoops squad, which LaMelo is committed to attend, and LiAngelo Ball a teammate of LaMelo's on Chino Hills.

LaMelo had hopped onto hoop fans' radars last December, when he pointed to the halfcourt line and swished in a three-pointer, but this 92-point performance is sure to put his popularity into another stratosphere.

Here's the footage from the game and the hysteria it caused on social media.
