Cardi B Takes ‘Mean Girl’ Personas To Task In New Twitter Post
Cardi B isn’t about fake people – online or in real life.
The Bronx rapper took to Twitter over the weekend to express her dislike for those who change up their personality when they’re on social media.
“That mean girl persona y’all put on for the internet don’t fool me,” she tweeted on Friday (April 28). “I can tell y’all were NERDS in high school.”
While she didn’t name anyone in particular, Cardi did respond to a fan who said the people she’s describing must have been “lonely asf at the lunch table.”

“it just be so cringe watching kids, grown woman/Men be on some nasty stank ish on the internet when you was getting your face smushed In the hallway …MIRRORING the exact same people you use to HATE!” she added on Twitter.
Cardi B has been advocating for those who have been bullied. Her latest tweets come just a few days after she publicly supported a young woman who shared a video of herself taking selfies at a baseball game while being mocked by fans behind her.
“I would of put that ring to use,” she said.
