Don’t play with Diddy’s money.  Christian Casey LLC, the company that runs Puff’s Sean John clothing line, has filed a $2.5 lawsuit against their landlord in New York City.

Sean John reportedly leased part of a ground floor building on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan for its flagship store. According to the suit, the building’s owners set up a sidewalk scaffolding in 2006 and have yet to remove it—causing the store’s business to drop by close to 50%.

The suit states that the scaffolding,  “substantially obstructed the view of the clothing and furnishings displayed in the ground floor windows.

Christian Casey LLC is suing for $2.5 in damages.
