Pregnant Chanel Iman gets Engaged to Davon Godchaux on Babymoon in Italy
Issa a fiancé and a mommy-to-be! Model and entrepreneur Chanel Iman and NFL player Davon Godchaux are engaged.
Iman shared a series of photos from the proposal on Instagram this weekend from Capri, Italy where she and Godchaux are on a babymoon before the arrival of their first child together. "The blessings keep pouring, grateful for this new chapter and soon to be married and a forever to go," she wrote in the caption.
In a separate post, Iman wrote, "Baby moon in Capri turned into the perfect engagement. I love you so much @chauxdown," she added. "You promised me the world and so far you have given me that and so much more!"
Iman has two daughters Cali, 4, and Cassie, 3, in 2018 and 2019, respectively, with former husband Sterling Shepard.
Godchaux has a son from a previous relationship.
In a previous interview with Us Weekly, the model and entrepreneur talked about navigating co-parenthood, saying, "I’m all about just a positive mindset and staying connected with people and trying to just work out everything,” she exclusively told Us at the time about raising her and Shepard’s two daughters. “Like, I’m a people person so it’s not very difficult for me to co-parent at all.”
According to a gender reveal video shared on May 14, Godchaux and Iman are expecting a daughter.
