BET Awards 2026: How to Watch the Show Sunday Night
Culture's Biggest Night is almost upon us, and this year it comes with a few firsts: a 35-year-old host who's the youngest ever to run the show, an inaugural award named for a living legend, and a nominee list that's basically a State of the Union for Black music and entertainment. Here's exactly how to catch every second of it.
The BET Awards air live Sunday, June 28, at 8 p.m. ET/PT from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
No cable subscription, no problem! Even if you have cable, you've got options. The show simulcasts across BET, BET Her, CMT, Logo, MTV, MTV2, Nickelodeon, Paramount Network, Pop, VH1, Comedy Central, and TV Land. That's eleven channels carrying the same broadcast, so you likely already have access.
Paramount+ carries the show for cord-cutters, and BET.com / the BET app stream it live as well. There’s no live-TV package required if you've got a Paramount+ subscription.
And if you’re trying to get into the pre-show fashions, chats, and more, we’ve got you covered there, too. The pre-show red carpet streams live beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET — about two and a half hours before the main telecast — giving you a full arrivals window before the show starts. BET's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) typically simulcast red carpet arrivals in real time, so if you want fashion commentary alongside the livestream, that's where to find it.
And for a little BET Weekend bonus…if you're in LA, the BET Experience runs June 25–27 at The Beehive, with concerts and fan activations building up to Sunday's main event.
Set the alarm, charge your phone for the group chat and social commentary, and lock in — between the performances, the tributes, and Druski's unpredictable energy, this year’s BET Awards are not to be missed.
