Lil Wayne's New Song Featuring XXXTentacion Is Tearing The Internet Apart

This is dark...

In the first post-humous feature following his untimely shooting death, slain Miami rapper XXXTentacion appears on the debut record and sophomore track of Lil Wayne’s newly-released Tha Carter V album.

The 20-year-old leaves the bars up to Weezy for the record titled, “Don’t Cry,” a somber and dark elegy bringing both Wayne and the late X face-to-face with their demons. “Don’t cry, don’t go, Won’t lie, I f**kin love you,” X croons between the New Orleans rap star’s deeply reflective lyrics. From his lean-substance habit to his struggle with suicidal thoughts, Weezy confronts his innermost suffering in the bars and his official rise and return from the depths of his darkest moments over the past years.

If you thought the “I Love Dwayne” lead-in track with Ms. Jacida Carter was heartbreaking, Weezy’s “Don’t Cry” is the final split cracking fans’ hearts apart all over the internet.

Hear their cries and try to keep your own from flowing after hitting play on “Don’t Cry” below.
