Tyler Perry leads another all-star cast as the rambunctious, Madea. This time, Madea's come to help her niece, Shirley (played by Loretta Devine), tell a huge secret about her health. The only things keeping Shirley from revealing this big news are her children Tammy (played by Natalie Desselle), Kimberly (played by Shannon Kane) and Byron (played by Bow Wow).
