Say What? Kevin Hart’s Ex-Wife Is Actually Coming To His Defense

Hear her out.

Kevin Hart's relationship with his ex-wife, Torrei Hart, has been strained for some time, with claims of infidelity that are still mentioned to this day.

Despite their tumultuous recent history, Torrei isn't opposed to standing up for her ex-husband, especially when she believes he's done nothing to warrant any severe criticism.

The Think Like A Man star became a viral sensation after his drunken antics at the recent Super Bowl made its way to the internet. From dropping F-bombs on live television to trying to storm the stage after the Eagles' win, Kevin was in the zone.

Speaking with Page Six, Torrei explained that there really isn't any reason he should be criticized for being intoxicated at the popular sporting event.

"Was he driving? No. Was he at the Super Bowl celebrating a victory? Yes," she said. "It's the Eagles. That's our city. We're both from Philadelphia, so let the man live. He works hard."

The former couple has come a long way since their nasty social media blow-up, last year. Torrei has explained that she and Kevin continue to co-parent effectively. In fact, she told the publication that she recently took their son to the gun range and stands by her decision to teach him about firearms.

"For me, it was a lesson for us," Torrei, a veteran, herself, said. "I taught him how to load the gun. I taught him about gun safety, and if you teach your kids about safety, it becomes a lesson in learning versus if you're looking at it in a negative way."
