Keyshia Cole Received Fake Divorce Papers

Boobie says, "I believe in 'til death do us part,'" and he's planning to press charges against the impostor.

Daniel "Boobie" Gibson did not fire first in his separation from Keyshia Cole, the NBA player clarified. If it were up to him, he would never file for divorce.

"She would have to do it. I am a Christian. I believe in 'til death do us part,'" he told TMZ.

Apparently someone doctored up some divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences and listing Boobie as his own attorney. Plus, it turns out the address connected to the phone number listed for Boobie actually belongs to an El Pollo Loco.

He told TMZ that he plans to press charges against the impostor.

Meanwhile, Keyshia told the site that she's still at the point of no return.
