This week’s Friday Night Kickback double feature is “Stay Out,” a thrilling horror, and “Sisters,” a story about the lengths people will go to protect their loved ones. It all goes down on Friday, May 9, starting at 7 p.m. ET.  

“Stay Out” 

Donovan Jones is a California businessman who lives an uneventful life with his wife, Simone. Things take a turn when he gets a call from his aunt and uncle’s estate, after they pass away, informing him that he is the sole beneficiary of their estate. It gets really dark when he travels to rural Georgia to explore the property he inherited, he learns that his aunt and uncle practiced black magic and that his uncle was brutally murdered by his white neighbors. What he learns the hard way is that his uncle’s spirit planned to use him as a vessel for revenge against those who killed him. It’s a good ol’ possession horror.

“Sisters” 

Diamond and her cousins, Tia and Tara tragically lost their respective mothers at young ages, so their grandmother stepped up to raise them. But when their grandmother falls ill with cancer, and no insurance, they’re going to have to figure out how to raise the money for the woman who has been their pillar, even if it means by any means necessary.
