Here's A List Of Celebrities Boycotting The Super Bowl

Ava DuVernay, Common, and more are in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick.

It's Super Bowl Sunday, however not everyone is watching the big game.

Thousands will be in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick, who has been effectively blackballed from the NFL for kneeling during the National Anthem and speaking out against police brutality and the U.S. criminal justice system.

Below are just some of the celebrities who have made it publicly known that they're not interested in supporting the NFL until it cleans up its racism problem.

  1. Rihanna

Ri Ri previously turned down performing at the Super Bowl citing Colin Kaepernick as the reason.

  2. Jay-Z

  3. Ava DuVernay

  4. Amy Schumer

The comedian previously stated she wouldn't do any Super Bowl commercials in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick.

  5. Michael B. Jordan

The Black Panther actor criticized Travis Scott for not turning down the Super Bowl halftime gig, citing, “We’re still trying to stand behind something right now.”

  6. Common

  7. Karrueche Tran

  8. Cardi B

The Bronx rapper also turned down an oppurtunity to perform at Super Bowl 53, however she was seen dancing with Patriots owner Robert Kraft, so it's unclear to what extent she's actually protesting watching the game.

  9. Harry Connick, Jr

Harry's not watching, but not necessarily in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick.
