With multiple outfit changes (an estimated total of twelve), we were left awe-struck each time she made an appearance during Culture’s Biggest Night! She even paid homage to notable Black women who inspire her.

Below, see how Henson used her fashion and beauty to pay tribute to Diana Ross, Erykah Badu, Spades, Baby Esther Jones (The Black Betty Boop), Tina Turner and even H.E.R!

  1. Styled By Jason Bolden and John Mumblo, Taraji showed off her musical side with an ensemble from Dundas. The look was inspired by singer H.E.R.

  2. Makeup artist, Saisha Beecham ensured that Taraji shined when styled in a sequin fringed dress with structured shoulders from Zuhair Murad. Fabulous!

  3. Hairstylist Tym Wallace gave Taraji the largest afro possible to celebrate the legacy of 'the boss' Diana Ross. We especially love the extravagance of this Greta Constantine number.
