Atlanta’s beatnik trap boy wonder Young Thug has redefined what it means to be the oddball out since cracking through hip-hop’s glass ceiling in 2011, breaking gender binary rules everywhere and still managing to secure a cult following.

But we’ve never quite seen him take his eccentricity to these heights after posting a photo of a medical IV drip filled with a purple substance that appears to be lean.

Complete with his suggestive caption, “f**k a double cup I wanna feel it faster,” Thugger revealed the photo via Instagram story. Several fans screenshotted the flick in typical “questionable Young Thug moments” fashion, debating whether the photo was legitimate or just another stunt from Jefferey. But now that his purple IV has circulated across social media, many fans are ringing the alarm to make sure Thug’s common sense hasn’t completely flat-lined.
