Montana Fishburne, the daughter of actor Laurence Fishburne, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence on Saturday morning.

The 25-year-old was taken into custody near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, by Highway Patrol troopers after she allegedly hit a vehicle that had slowed down to avoid a crash further up the road. Fishburne reportedly had an open bottle of wine on the rear left floor of her car, with “the two front seats splashed with a purple liquid emanating a strong odor of alcohol," according to a police report obtained by People.

The report stated, “Subject was moving around constantly and was making incoherent statements such as her driver license name being different if I was to arrest her." The report went on, “As I [the officer] was talking to the subject I could smell a strong odor of an unknown alcohol beverage coming from the subject’s mouth area and mild slurred speech.”

In addition to the DUI charge, Fishburne was also charged with property damage and a DUI with a blood alcohol reading of .15 or higher. The results of the two breathalyzer tests she agreed to take were allegedly 0.181 and 0.177, well above the legal limit of .08.

Fishburne was released on $2,500 bail from the Broward County Sherrif's Office on Saturday morning. This isn't the first time Montana has been in the headlines, however. Back in 2010 she revealed that her career goal was to star in porn.
