Iggy Azalea Instagram Account Reactivated Under New Management
If you’ve been searching for Iggy Azalea on Instagram and can’t find her, don’t fret. As of this past Friday her flight from the social media site has been reversed.
The Australian rapper sent the web abuzz with rumors when she suddenly quit her Instagram account last Thursday. Fans clicking on her page were disappointed to be met with the message “page not found.”
But the next day, her page, @thenewclassic, was reactivated, but with a caveat: “Until further notice Iggy’s Instagram will be run by her management. Iggy is taking a break from social media.”
This isn’t the first time the raptress has left a social platform. She jettisoned her Twitter account last month after one too many fights on the site.
“I feel the hatred and pettiness I see online at all times and it's making me become an angry person and I cannot be that,” she tweeted to her followers and fans. She concluded her statement by clarifying that she wants to be happy and that social media is “too negative and draining.”
As for her current Instagram situation, there’s no word on whether she will take control of her page in the future.
