Porsha Williams is letting it all out. 

The reality star has never shied away from sharing the details of her life or her body.

Williams shared back in April how she was looking to get her breasts redone, captioning they “needed a lift.”

During a recent interview with People, the 44-year-old opens up about her last surgery procedure where she received a breast augmentation. 

“They’re still very tender. This is their first appearance” she told the outlet. 

“I’m being very gentle with them. We’re going to go home, put some ice on, and relax. I’ve got to treat them nice. My new pups.” 

The mother of one admittedly tells the outlet how she’s never shy to have conversations on plastic surgery. 

“I’ve never been one to shy away from plastic surgery conversations,” she says. 

“I know a lot of Housewives tend to not want to be upfront about what they’ve had done.”

She also speaks about the misconceptions about her marriage to Simon Guobadia that audiences have had, clearing things up. 

“People really thought it was fake!” she shared.

“They thought I was just in it for the money, and none of our love was really real. I know the fans, they were excited to see Porsha Guobadia on Housewives. You think I wasn't excited about bringing Porsha Guobadia and Simon Guobadia from Instagram to Real Housewives? Of course! We were going to have so much fun, and we were preparing for it together and all that! But life happened.”
