Update: Justin Bieber Charged With Misdemeanor Vandalism

Singer faces the music in egging case, will be arraigned for damaging neighbor's home.

UPDATE: Justin Bieber was sentenced to two years probation in his misdemeanor vandalism case Wednesday (July 9) afternoon.

Bieber was not present in court but pleaded no contest to egging a neighbors house. As part of an agreement reached with prosecutors, the 20-year-old must complete 12 weeks of anger management classes and five days of community service. He must also pay $80,900 in restitution and cannot come within 100 yards of the egging victim.

The L.A. County District Attorney will charge Justin Bieber with misdemeanor vandalism for egging his former neighbor's home this past January. The D.A. wrestled over whether or not to charge Bieber, 20, with a misdemeanor or a felony, given the $20,000 worth of damage he reportedly caused.

Bieber was caught on camera near the home and can be clearly heard saying "I got another one for you," after the neighbor taunts him with, "Yeah, come right over here you motherf---er!"

Investigators confiscated surveillance video from Bieber's Calabasas, Calif., mansion, along with cocaine. His friend, Lil Za, was charged with felony possession for the drugs found in the house. The charges were lowered to a misdemeanor.

Bieber moved away from the Calabasas gated community where he routinely clashed with residents over his loud partying and speeding through the neighborhood. He now stays in a Beverly Hills condo, but the neighbor troubles haven't exactly dissipated

The Canadian singer will be arranged at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon but will not be present in the courtroom, his spokesperson said. is your #1 source for Black celebrity news, photos, exclusive videos and all the latest in the world of hip hop and R&B music.
