A 'Love & Hip-Hop' Cast Member Forced Into Rehab

This isn't the first time, either.

Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J is officially headed back to rehab following an order by Judge Debra Freeman. Following his rehab stay, he will serve a home detention sentence for violating the terms of his bail.

According to Page Six, the decision comes after Stevie was ordered to appear in Manhattan federal court for using drugs while awaiting trial for failing to pay more than $1 million in child support. Judge Freeman even warned the reality star that the next time he's caught, there's a pretty huge chance he will go straight to prison.

"It may be a bit of a shock for you," she said to him. "You are really testing the limits of the court's patience."

Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew DeFilippis said Stevie J also failed several drug tests and has missed multiple testing appointments over the past few months. He also reportedly flew to Buffalo, NY, without the permission of the court and has "adamantly denied" consuming drugs, DeFilippis added.

"The government is really at a loss for any solution," DeFilippis said when asking that the reality star be locked up. The judge eventually denied his request.
