Although she will just be an intern for the famous Hollywood producer, sources say that her job will be extremely important in deciding what scripts are made into films
According to TMZ, Malia will be working in the production/development department at Weinstein, which means she will be reading through scripts and deciding which ones get pitched to executives.
This could mean that Malia could play a crucial role in making sure that more Black films get pitched and produced in Hollywood.
