Taylor Rooks is officially a married woman.

The acclaimed sports reporter revealed that she recently tied the knot in New York City on Wednesday. Known for keeping her private life out of the public eye, many were surprised to discover that Rooks got married.

In a post on Instagram, Rooks expressed her gratitude for the new life she’s beginning.

“What a night. This is love,” Rooks’ caption read.

Although Rooks kept the engagement and her wedding under wraps, her now husband’s name was revealed. In one photo, at the top of the menu options for food, read “Taylor & Shane.”

Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, Donovan Mitchell, his fiancée Coco Jones, Ella Mai, and Jack Harlow were in attendance at the intimate ceremony. Also, Saquon Barkley, LaLa Anthony, and Joy Taylor were there for the elegant celebration.

Many offered their congratulations.

“The most amazing night. The speeches will never be topped. ❤️ love you forever,” Taylor wrote.

“Congrats, beautiful,” Angel Reese commented.

“INSANELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Congratulations,” HER wrote.

Rooks, who previously worked as a reporter for TNT Sports and is the current sideline reporter for "Thursday Night Football," will soon be the host for Amazon Prime Video's NBA coverage for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
