Footage Shows Quavo Arguing With Group Just Seconds Before TakeOff Was Killed

The confrontation at a Houston bowling alley had tragic results.

New video shows Quavo was arguing with a group of people at a bowling alley in Houston on Tuesday (November 1) just seconds before his nephew TakeOff, born Kirshnik Khari Ball, was fatally shot.

According to footage obtained by TMZ, the Migos rapper can be heard calling someone “disrespectful” and numerous expletives. He also mentions “basketball” at least twice.

An individual, possibly Takeoff, says “I don’t get down like that!” seconds before gunfire erupts.

TMZ reports that several shots, potentially from two guns, were fired as the video ends. TakeOff was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene. Additionally, Quavo and others attempted to move TakeOff’s body before putting him back down and calling for help.

Quavo was not injured during the incident. The shooter is still on the loose, according to Houston police, who also added that a 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were injured before driving themselves to the hospital.

Police reportedly believe that TakeOff was not involved in any criminal activity when he was killed.
