The jewelry store associate, whom the reality star allegedly assaulted, also claimed that Lee and her friend, who remains anonymous, previously tried to steal items from the store.

TMZ is now reporting that Lee has officially turned herself in on Tuesday night for a misdemeanor battery charge in connection with the case. After spending one night behind bars, she was released, posting $3,000 bond.

She went on to tell the cameras that she is innocent.
