Peter Thomas was recently rumored to be dating Love & Hip Hop: Miami cast member Shay Johnson after the two posted a selfie together, showing them getting a little cozy.

However, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star remained mum on the situation, until now.

Taking to Instagram, Thomas shot down the rumor in a pretty direct explanation.

"I just read articles saying Shay and I are dating," he said. "Hmmm, not. She's a great person, though... She was hospitable. She was gorgeous... She's awesome, but she's not my girlfriend. Sorry. Run with that, people."
