With the arrival of her new Facebook Watch talk show, Red Table Talk, Jada Pinkett-Smith is revealing some private details about her life, with the latest seeing the actress share a surprising fact about the earlier stages of her and Will Smith's relationship.
During the inaugural episode of the series, Pinkett-Smith sat down with her husband's ex-wife, Sheree Fletcher, 50, and discussed their journey to what is now a healthy relationship.
She also shared, however, that she is not so proud of the fact that she began dating Smith while he was still married to Fletcher.
The Matrix actress, 46, shared that she and Smith, 49, began dating when he and Fletcher, with whom he shares his oldest child, Trey, were separated, but not divorced.
"Because I did not understand marriage, I did not understand divorce, I probably should have fell back," she admitted to Fletcher in the intimate sit-down, to which she responded, "You think?"
The actress also went on to admit that she was a bit inconsiderate and insensitive to Fletcher and Smith during the ending stages of their marriage. All in all, they have grown since then and have what appears to be a healthy and fulfilling relationship as co-parents with Fletcher even calling the Gotham star her son's "bonus mother."
