Keep It Classy: Tina Lawson Throwing Shade At ‘Fashion Police’ Host Giuliana Rancic Will Give You Your Entire Life
It appears as history is repeating itself for E! News correspondent and Fashion Police co-host Giuliana Rancic as she now came under fire for seemingly giving a disapproving look while discussing Solange Knowles' Met Gala ensemble.
Tina Lawson, Solo's mother, took notice of the gesture and threw some mild shade at the notoriously problematic host.
While Teen Vogue editor-in-chief Elaine Welteroth eloquently explained the inspiration behind the "Cranes in the Sky" singer's unapologetically Black look, Rancic appeared to be uninterested, unimpressed and borderline disgusted.
Lawson, in an Instagram post showing the clip, asked, "I love this commentator Elaine Welteroth!!! But what is that face Giuliana?"
She later edited the caption, deleting the last sentence.
Take a look, below:
This isn't the first time Rancic was accused of disrespecting a Black artist's red carpet look for allegedly "racist" reasons. Back in 2015, she infamously dissed Zendaya's faux locks from the Oscars, saying she looked like she smelled of "patchouli and weed." She later claimed the remark was due to "bad editing."
