Petty Or Nah? Geoffrey Owens Finally Got A $25,000 Check From Nicki Minaj, And Here’s What He Did With It

So… everybody wins?

Nicki Minaj has seemingly finally gotten a hold of Geoffrey Owens' people as the recently shamed actor explained that he has received her generous $25,000 donation.

In a recent interview, he explained what he did with the major sum of cash, and his approach further reinforced the fact that he is a stand-up guy.

Speaking with TMZ, Owens, who recently secured two major television gigs, revealed that he plans on donating all of the money to one of his favorite charities for a touching reason.

"I would like to give this donation of $25K to the Actor's Fund in memory of the late, great Earle Hyman — who played Cosby's father, 'Russell,' on The Cosby Show — who lived his last many years and died at the Actors' Home (funded and run by the Actor's Fund)," he said.

The actor went on to extended his gratitude to the femcee, saying, "I am extremely grateful to Nicki Minaj for enabling struggling actors to continue pursuing their dreams."

The "Barbie Dreams" rapper also shared a few words with TMZ about her donation, saying, "I'm happy to be a part of a great cause. I wish Geoffrey much success and want him to know how loved he is. Rest in Peace to Earle Hyman."

Kudos to both Owens and Minaj for exercising their kindness in this situation.
