Wendy Williams Spotted Publicly For The First Time Since Health Scare
Wendy Williams has reportedly been spotted in public for the first time since her health scare, which caused her to relinquish her show until she feels well enough to return to the airwaves.
An Instagram user posted a pic of Williams, who was discovered in Florida with her best friend Regina.
Next week’s Wendy Show will have guest hosts taking over her hosting chores, which will begin with Nick Cannon taking over for the first few days. No return date has been set for Wendy Williams’ return though.
After leaving the air, the television personality's family posted a statement to her social media accounts detailing the reason for the delay. Many believed it had to do with her reportedly rocky marriage. According to her though, Williams has suffered complications from Graves' Disease, which explains her absence.
"As Wendy Williams Hunter previously shared, she fractured her shoulder and has been on the mend," the statement began. "Over the past few days, Wendy has experienced complications regarding her Graves' Disease that will require treatment."
