Christina Milian Reveals Reason for Lil Wayne Split
We finally know why Christina Milian and Lil Wayne’s year-long love affair came to an end. The breakup plays out on an episode of Milian’s reality show that aired earlier this week, and it looks like Tunechi wasn’t faithful.
In the episode, Milian reveals that she did a little investigating and found out that a woman with a “fake butt” and “stripper tattoo” posted a photo from Weezy’s house. Whatever else may have transpired between Wayne and the mystery woman isn't documented on the show.
"I've never loved anyone the way that I love Wayne, not even my ex-husband," Milian tearfully says in a confessional after she and Weezy ended it over the phone. "I've never had anyone understand me the way that he has."
Looking back at the episode, the 34-year-old mom has no regrets. "Reliving it and watching it, it feels like it was just yesterday," she told TooFab. "Relationships go through many stages. I'm proud of us for having faith and being good people. I think that's the biggest part, my family, we try to remain being good people and are ready for the punches."
Their personal relationship hasn’t changed the business side of things. A month after their split, Milian and Wayne shot a music video together, and she’s still signed to Young Money. The singer plans to drop a 4-song EP next month. “If people have been watching the show and watching my life, they'll be surprised and they'll really appreciate the honesty and the vulnerability in each song. It's only four songs, it's about different stages of love and also being a confident woman and knowing yourself.”
