When ESPN The Magazine tweeted out the shot of Ezekiel Elliott for its ninth annual "Body Issue" cover, little did it know that people were going to call the Dallas Cowboys running back "gay" for posing nude.

Really? Calling an athlete gay for posing naked for the cover of the "Body Issue?" How does that make any sense?

Here are some of the weak-minded people who called the rusher gay for this cover and all the people who didn't hesitate to clap back and shut them down.

  1. Ezekiel Elliott Naked on the cover of ESPN The Magazine's 'Body Issue' Definitely got people talking

With a chiseled body like that, Ezekiel deserves this cover. But still, some people didn't see it like that at all.

  2. Immediately, people started calling him gay for the cover shot

Really? How is Ezekiel Elliott gay for posing nude for ESPN The Magazine's "Body Issue?" People can be ridiculous sometimes.

  3. And if people weren't flat out calling him gay, they were asking 'ESPN The Magazine' Just why?

Well, guys, maybe because it's the "Body Issue" and the ninth edition of its kind.

  4. People were all too happy to check and shut down these small-minded individuals at the door

    Talk to 'em!

  5. And when one person tried to say that nobody wants to see this, another clapped back with...

That Twitter user tried it and caught a major L.

  6. Do these tweets explain it best?

Anybody who took an issue with Elliott appearing on the "Body Issue" cover or dared to call him gay for it is downright weak. Come on, bruh!
