Everyone Is Destroying Ray Lewis for Telling Colin Kaepernick to Quiet His Social Activism Down

"Get back on the football field and let your play speak for itself."

Ray Lewis just can't help himself.

A day after being ethered by Shannon Sharpe for trying to justify police brutality because of Black-on-Black crime, Lewis was back at it Tuesday, this time advising Colin Kaepernick to quiet his social activism down.

"What you do off the field, don't let too many people know because they gonna judge you anyway," Lewis said in a video he posted on his Facebook account. "No matter what you do. No matter if it's good or bad."

Before that, Lewis stated: "If you do nothing else, young man, get back on the football field and let your play speak for itself."

Hmm ... we can't help but wonder if Lewis is familiar with Kaep's "I Know My Rights" campaign, which teaches kids their full rights and to stand up for them, as one of the quarterback's many forms of social activism.

To suggest that Kaepernick hush his social activism goes against everything he stands for in speaking out about injustices such as police brutality against unarmed Black men.

And people didn't hesitate severely dragging Lewis for his latest advice to Kaepernick.

  • Here's The Facebook video of Ray Lewis Giving Advice to Colin Kaepernick

What in the world is Ray thinking?

  • The two-time Super Bowl champion was immediately sacked for his terrible advice to Kaepernick

    Bruh ...

  • And people tried putting Ray's poor advice into a historical context to make him understand why he's so wrong

    #Facts.

  • Others couldn't resist bringing up Lewis's guilty plea to obstruction of justice from his 2000 murder trial

    You walked into this, Ray.

  • And the 'Coon' labeling hit him hard

    DAMN!

  • At the end of the day, people have just had enough of Ray Lewis's words

We're flagging him for being offside, too.
