Donald Glover Gets Dragged On Social Media After His Non-Black Girlfriend Is Finally Exposed

See the pics of his blended fam that have some folks pissed TF off.

Donald Glover, a.k.a. Childish Gambino, has been very busy with Season 2 of Atlanta, preparing for his role as Simba in The Lion King live-action reboot and with spending quality time with his growing family! Donald welcomed his second son with his longtime partner, Michelle, at the top of the year, but we don’t know much else about Michelle or rarely ever see her.

That changed this week when the Hollywood actor/producer/writer and his whole family were caught by paparazzi while out for a stroll, and once pics leaked folks had A LOT to say about his blended tribe, specifically his white girlfriend, Michelle. Since Michelle stays under the radar, many fans didn’t know she was not a Black woman. And although it’s 2018, some were not down for their swirl.

These fans took their “disappointment” to the comments in a post of the pics shared by @TheShaderoom:

“Im just waiting for people to address the real issue yall say yall love black women make songs about being woke and cater to the black community and still have time to date outside your race thats the problem appease to them cater to their culture yall love them so much.”

“Everybody love da white women."

“Feeling it's ironic that his song was used in ‘GET OUT.’”

Yikes! While it’s unclear of Michelle’s race since she is always pictured with her face covered up, it appears that she is Asian. However, regardless of her race, can we just let Donald and his family live? As one commenter pointed out, “Y’all need help, these comments are sick.”

Donald is clearly a family man who respects his partner and this type of negativity is probably why he’s kept them under wraps for so long. When he won for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series at the 2017 Emmy Awards, he thanked Michelle and their son while also announcing the impending birth of their second child.

“I want to thank Michelle, my partner, you love me even with how crazy I get,” he said. “I want to thank my baby, my son, for just being the joy in my life. I want to thank my unborn son, we’re listening to Stevie [Wonder] tonight.”

He also thanked his family at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards, where he took home a Best Actor statuette for his work on Atlanta. “I really want to say thank you to my son and the mother of my son for making me believe in people again and things being possible, so thank you.”
