Everything Kylie Jenner Has Said About Her 2-Year Relationship With Travis Scott
We admit we were completely blindsided when news surfaced that after two years of dating, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are reportedly, "taking some time apart."
While the couple "aren't officially calling it quits," the reports still serve as a shock, especially since the information comes less than three weeks after the parents of one-year-old Stormi Webster flaunted their love and lust on Playboy magazine.
While interviewing the woman he often referred to as his “wife” for the magazine’s Pleasure Issue, Kylie revealed why their relationship “works.”
“We think the same and we have the same goals and passions in life,” the 22-year-old billionaire said. “Besides the fact that we have good chemistry, we have a lot of fun together. You’re my best friend. Through all the ups and downs that every relationship has, we evolve together through them and keep getting stronger.”
In case you missed it, this was not the first time Kylie openly offered insight on the budding relationship she shared with the 28-year-old rapper.

On her decision to "ride off into the sunset" with Travis:
Kylie revealed to GQ in 2018 about the beginning stages of their relationship: "He said, 'I'm going back on tour — what do we want to do about this?' Because we obviously liked each other [...] And I was like, 'I guess I'm going with you [...] And then we rode off into the sunset."
"It was organic. And we would just go to these random cities. We got to not be who we really were," she continued. "Everything happened for a reason. We weren't going out as 'Kylie and Trav.' We would just be in Cleveland, walking the street for hours. We would go on walks, and no one would bother us."
On How Travis deals with her fame:
"I don't think he's really cool with it, but he deals with it, because we love each other and we have a family," Kylie shared with GQ after being asked how Travis handles her fame.
She continued, "For sure, I know he doesn't like the attention. That's why we just go the extra mile to keep our relationship super private, or, like, if he has events or something, I won't come. Because I want him to do his own thing. I want him to be him. I don't want it to be Kylie and Trav. If people don't ever see us together, that's OK with me, because we just do our thing."
On his most romantic moment:
"On my birthday, he woke me up out of bed at like six in the morning. He was like, 'We gotta go,' and I'm just like half asleep, like, 'What do you mean? What do you mean?' And he just starts pulling me, and the sun was just coming up, and he had flowers all the way down his house and violin players everywhere," Kylie shared with GQ, during the couple's first photoshoot together in 2018.
On Intimacy:
“A lot of people claim that having a baby can hurt your sex life, but I feel like that’s the opposite of our experience,” Travis said while interviewing Kylie for Playboy.
“Yeah, I feel like we’ve definitely proven that rumor to be wrong,” Kylie replied. "You remind me that motherhood and sexuality can coexist and just because you embrace your sexuality doesn’t mean you have loose morals or you’re not a good mother. You can be sexy and still be a badass mom."
On living together:
“I’m actually scrolling through Instagram right now, and it says that me and Travis don’t live together, and so I just want to say that we never miss a night with each other," the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star shared with her sister, Kendall Jenner, during her interview with Vogue Australia in 2018.
She added, "We go back and forth from my Calabasas house and the city home that we actually got together.”
On Travis being a first-time father:
“We both experienced this for the first time, so I love learning together and just watching him [Travis] with her. He’s so good with her and she’s really obsessed with him," Kylie told Vogue Australia.
'She's such a good baby. She is the perfect mixture of both of us," the makeup mogul expressed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
On parenting and finding activities for alone time:
"Stormi loves swimming, so we’re always in the pool or playing in her room or taking her out to lunch with us," the mother of one explained during her Playboy interview.
She added, "After she falls asleep, we watch a lot of TV and we get lost in the theater room and just watch a whole lot of shows and movies. We usually fight over what TV show we’re going to watch. We have a lot of fun together. We’re always laughing or getting into deep talks."
