Occupy Wall Street sparked a protest movement that has taken root in cities across the country and abroad.  Here are some of the triumphs and confrontations that occurred this year. - While Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed said at first that he was onboard with Occupy Atlanta protesters, the group would be eventually evicted from a downtown park on Oct. 26, resulting in 52 arrests.  In early November, Occupy protesters received a boost of support from the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, a group linked to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and the Montgomery Bus Boycott(Photo: David Goldman , AP Photo)
