Desiree Rogers

Desiree Rogers is a former White House social secretary and the first African-American to fill the prestigious position when she jumped on board in November 2008 for the Obama administration. In August of 2010, Rogers took on another major role when she was named the CEO of Johnson Publishing Company, overseeing the production of Jet and Ebony magazines.
