Michael Jordan is widely believed to be the greatest basketball player in history. The former Chicago Bulls guard-forward led his team to six championship titles, which included two "three-peats." Jordan was known for his high-flying dunks, his multi-dimensional scoring technique and ability to finish under pressure. Off the court, he broke records for his earning power and marketing prowess branding his top-selling Air Jordan sneaker. After two widely publicized retirements, and a few questionable comebacks, Jordan finally left the court in 2003. In 2010, he bought a majority stake in the Charlotte Bobcats, becoming the first former player to become majority owner of an NBA franchise.
