Jim Jones has gotten himself into legal trouble once again, this time for allegedly illegally sampling a copyrighted song.

Producer Christopher R. Liggio claims that although he was credited as co-author and producer of the Jones track, "Changing the Locks/Disco Rabbitt," the issue was that he was never asked for permission to use the track in the first place, reports AllHipHop.com. Liggio, whose vocals appear on the track in addition to Ashanti's, is suing Jones for copyright infringement and constructive trust and seeing $300,000 in damages, in addition to attorney fees and costs.
Similarly, Jones was sued earlier this year by two women who claim that the Harlem rapper never got permission from them to use topless images of them in his "Summertime" video.
