'Tyler Perry's Sistas:' Five Fun Facts About Angela Beyincé

Angela Beyincé represents her famous bloodline well.

On “Tyler Perry’s Sistas,” actress Angela Beyincé plays Pam, Karen’s sassy and real salon manager and friend. In real life, Angela Beyincé knows a lot about sisterhood as Beyoncé and Solange’s big cousin. Beyincé was born in Galveston, Texas, and has a close-knit relationship with her family. She’s constantly posting pics of her famous relatives, such as Tina Knowles, Solange, Beyoncé, and more. She has also worked with her family’s musical dynasty in various ways before embarking on her journey as an actress. Here are five fun facts about Angela Beyincé.

Beyoncé vs. Beyincé

The family last name is supposed to be Beyoncé but according to Tina Knowles, a clerical era caused some of the family members to have the last name Beyincé. It wasn’t adjusted because the error occurred during a time when racial inequity even affected census reports, data, and birth certificates, and the family learned to live with it.

She’s a Songwriter

Beyincé has blessed musical genes, just like her cousins. In fact, she has songwriting credits on many of Beyoncé’s albums, including “Dangerously in Love,” “Destiny Fulfilled,” “B’Day,” and more. She has also written songs for Kelly Rowland, some TV shows, and movies.

She Helped Propel Parkwood Entertainment Forward

She used to work for Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment as an executive assistant and eventually vice president.

Upped to Series Regular on “Tyler Perry’s Sistas”

Beyincé got her big break as an actress in 2020 when she started appearing on “If Loving You is Wrong” on OWN. Eventually, she began appearing on Sistas as Pam, and earlier this year, it was announced that she was promoted to series regular.

She Loves Caviar

Her Instagram feed contains multiple posts about caviar, which seems to be a comfort food of choice.
