Nick Cannon Welcomes Baby No. 12
Nick Cannon announced that model Alyssa Scott gave birth to his 12th child, Halo Marie Cannon, on December 14th. The Masked Singer host and Scott welcomed the baby almost one year to the day of the death of their son Zen who died last year at age 5 months from brain cancer.
Scott shared a photo of baby Halo on Instagram with the caption, “Hi Baby.”
In a different video post, Scott wrote, “December 14, 2022. Our lives are forever changed. Zen is in every breath I take. I know his spirit was with us in the room that morning. I know he is watching down on us. He shows me signs every day. I will hold onto this memory forever.”
She added, “I will remember the sound of Nick’s voice saying ‘it’s a girl’ and the look of everything we’ve been through flash across his face. I will remember the sound of her crying out with her first breath and feeling her heartbeat against mine.”
This year, Cannon welcomed a son Rise Messiah with model Brittany Bell and a son Legendary Love with model Bre Tiesi, a daughter Onyx Ice Cole with model LaNisha Cole, and a daughter Beautiful Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa.
He is also father to Golden Sagon, 5, and daughter Powerful Queen, 2 also with Bell and twins Zion and Zillion, 18 months with De La Rosa.
His eldest children are 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey.
