Kid Cudi invites fans to come along for the ride in his upcoming book, ‘Cudi the Memoir.’

On Sunday, May 11, the Cleveland-born rapper-actor announced the book on X, formerly Twitter, also revealing that he painted the book’s cover. The memoir is slated to be published on August 5.

“I cannot wait for u guys to read it,” the “Neverland” artist wrote. Its filled w so much about my journey from my first memory to turning 40.  Life lessons, the rager period of my life, and fighting my demons.  All the way to the present, where happiness has found me.”

Cudi also added his hopes for the book to deeply affect his fans as much as his music does by helping them through “difficult times.” The book will also serve as the debut of Cudi’s artwork, along with never-before-seen childhood photos.

“Get ready, you'll all understand me a lot more after this.  LOVE YALL MAN!! 🙏🏾❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥”,” he concluded.

Along with the announcement of his first book, one day before, Cudi revealed that he’ll make his directorial debut in horror-romance flick, “When The Light Dies,” which he’ll also star in.
