Jaden Smith Believes Most of Us Are 'Confused About Gender'

The actor and model also says he wants to fix "the whole planet Earth."

Jaden Smith has earned a reputation of being adventurous with fashion and now he's opening up about his fearless style in the forthcoming issue of British GQ Style. In the cover story, the actor and luxury brand model said crossing the gender divide is no big deal if you're comfortable with who you are.

"I feel like people are kind of confused about gender norms," he said. "I feel like people don't really get it. I'm not saying that I get it, I'm just saying that I've never seen any distinction. I don't see man clothes and woman clothes, I just see scared people and comfortable people."

Also in the cover story, Jaden explained his quest to change the world — no, really: "I'm really working towards just fixing the whole planet Earth," he said. "I really just want to create a utopia on this planet. I really want to make it so that people don't have to die to pay bills and just work to survive. So that they can work to actually live and do the things that they love to do."

You can grab the issue online and on newsstands on Thursday, March 17.
