Rihanna Brings Back a 2000s Fashion Trend On Date Night with A$AP Rocky

The pregnant billionaire singer stepped out on the town in this eclectic style that hasn't been seen in decades.

The 2000s are back like they never left.

Rihanna, pregnant with her second child, stepped out with her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, and donned an outfit combination that hasn't been seen in a while.

The 35-year-old “Umbrella” singer — who is expecting her second child with Rocky, 34 — was photographed in a skintight red mini dress over fitted pants. A combination, that according to US Weekly, was first popularized in the early 2000s by Ashley Tisdale and Miley Cyrus. The look is currently experiencing a shocking resurgence thanks to Katie Holmes and now Rihanna.

The paparazzi photographed Rihanna in the ensemble which she paired with a fuzzy black bomber jacket, a rosy Gucci clutch and crimson sandal heels.

The singer and beauty entrepreneur debuted her baby bump earlier this year during her captivating Super Bowl LVI appearance--where she also wore all red.

An unnamed source told US Weekly, that Rihanna and Rocky were “surprised the second pregnancy happened so fast,” a source told Us Weekly at the time. “They wanted another baby and were trying, but the pregnancy came sooner than expected!” The insider added, “Rihanna and ASAP are so thrilled to be parents again. They love their family and are so happy to be adding another member.”

The couple has an 11-month-old son whose name hasn't been revealed to the public.

Earlier this week, Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty Show Vol. 4 won the Webby People’s Voice Award for fashion, beauty & lifestyle, branded entertainment (video).
