Before Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran broke up, Breezy demanded his ex give back the money and gifts he had given her during their relationship. Even worse, he allegedly threatened violence against Tran, according to her in-person testimony in court.
TMZ is now reporting a judge just sided with Karrueche and ordered the restraining order she filed to stay in place for the next five years.
On Thursday (June 15), the actress and model took the stand in her restraining order case against CB and claimed that after she broke up with him, he demanded jewelry to be returned and when she refused, Brown became aggressive.
One of the texts Karrueche received from Chris post-breakup she presented in court reveals harassment even when Brown wasn’t physically around. "I'm not being nice to you no more, if I see you out in public again and I'm there I will make you hate me even more, don't be anywhere I'm out in public, I'm going to ban you from all events," it read.
Other texts were more violent, like one that reads in part, “B***h I will beat the s**t out of you.” She claims that Brown as beaten her before as well.
In rebuttal, CB’s attorney, David Gammill, alleged that Tran taunted Chris by letting him know she sold the jewelry he gave her. He also tried to poke holes in her abuse story by claiming she never made out a report of the alleged behavior to authorities.
