Misty Nicole Knight wanted to do something extra special for the man that helped raise her since she was a little girl. Ryan Farrell has been a father to the Richton Park, Illinois, woman since he began a relationship with her mother when Knight was very young.

Now, Misty wanted to make their bond official by surprising him with adoption papers.

“I just want you to know that you are the most amazing man I have ever met,” states Knight’s letter, which Farrell read out loud.
