A young man who goes by the name of "Phillip Banks" on Twitter, shared a video of what he says was a "racist white guy" who began threatening his friends once he saw a Puerto Rican flag in the background.
The video was posted by @_Doov on Sunday. Along with the post is a description of what went down between the unidentified guy and "Banks."
