Steve Harvey's Ex-Wife Pulled Into $20 Million Lawsuit Against Him
Steve Harvey's ex-wife Mary Harvey has been trying — unsuccessfully — to get back at him for their divorce. The former Mrs. Harvey has alleged everything from infidelity to child abuse against the television host and best-selling author, each time getting slapped with jail time for violating the terms of their split.

Now, Mary may finally have her shot at doing some damage to her ex: she's been called in as a witness in a $20 million lawsuit brought against the comedian by a former collaborator. A videographer named Joseph Cooper filed a federal lawsuit against Harvey last year, accusing him of attempting to block the sale of raw stand-up videos of the comedian from early in his career.
Apparently, back in the day Harvey requested Cooper to hold off on selling the footage because he felt like his career was soon to take off. Cooper agreed, thinking that the footage would be worth more. When later came around, Harvey decided that the material he performs in the footage didn't jive with his wholesome new brand, and offered Cooper $5 million to buy the footage back. He then never paid up.
Now, Cooper has called Mary into his suit to serve as a witness of their alleged deal. We don't think she'll waste any time using this opportunity to get back at her ex.
