Warrant Out for Cuba Gooding Jr.’s Arrest

The actor is accused of shoving a female bartender in New Orleans.

Cuba Gooding Jr. has been hit with a warrant after an incident at a New Orleans bar.

TMZ reports that the actor, who is in the Big Easy filming The Butler, was accused of pushing a female bartender at the Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street around 2 a.m. this morning.

According to a witness, Cuba became upset with some bar patrons who recognized him and began taking pictures. After cursing at the people, he was approached by the female bartender who asked him to leave.

Cuba didn't go quietly, allegedly shoving the bartender against a wall. Afterward, another bar employee called 911. But no arrests were made.

The bartender claims that after she told Cuba the cops were on the way — and that he needed to leave — Gooding pushed her again before exiting the bar.

A misdemeanor battery warrant has been issued, and police have been ordered to arrest the Boyz 'n the Hood star on sight.
