Family Trouble At The Jackson Estate | Music News

Looks like there's more drama surrounding the Jackson family and MJ's estate. According to TMZ, Michael Jackson's estate has petitioned to remove some family members from the Hayvenhurst estate in Encino, Calif., where much of the family resides.

The estate claims that Alejandra (a former love interest of both Jermaine and Randy Jackson who fathered children from both), and her children Jaafar, Jermasty, Genevieve, Dante, and Randy Jr. are not beneficiaries of Jackson's will, and thus should not be able to reside in the house.

In November, TMZ reported that Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, asked that Alejandra and her children not return to the house. Apparently, they refused to move.

The history of Alejandra's relationship with the Jackson family, particularly her relationship with Jermaine, was documented in the book "Family Values," which was written by Jermaine's second wife, Margaret Maldonado-Jackson and released in the early '90s. According to sources, Maldonado played a key role in helping to get the film "The Jacksons: An American Dream" produced.
