The Bill Cosby sexual assault scandal got a whole new storyline when famed supermodel Beverly Johnson came forward claiming that she was nearly a victim. Now, Cosby is coming forward and is taking legal action against the fashion icon, saying that she is trying to ruin him in an effort to regain relevance.

According to TMZ, Cosby says Johnson, who claimed he drugged and sexually assaulted her during an audition, has deliberately hopped to various major outlets from Vanity Fair to Good Morning America, in an attempt to further taint his name, and revive her career.

In the lawsuit, he claims that Johnson's allegations are false since, according to him, the only time they had dinner together was with his wife. It seems as Cosby is just getting started as just last week he sued seven other accusers, claiming they also defamed him.
