Ice-T’s grandson Elyjah Marrow has been indicted for the 2014 shooting death of his roommate. Marrow was indicted by a grand jury in Cobb County, Ga., on June 4, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports. 

The 20-year-old was reportedly fiddling with a stolen handgun that went off by mistake, hitting 19-year-old Daryus Johnson in the chest. Johnson was pronounced dead at the hospital. 

Police say Marrow also admitted to selling marijuana, which was found in the apartment where the shooting occurred.

Marrow faces charges of involuntary manslaughter, marijuana possession, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and reckless conduct, and possession of a stolen fireman. 

He is currently out on bail.
