Look: 'LMAO,' George W. Bush Provided Us With Comedy In His Struggle To Put On A Rain Poncho At Trump's Inauguration
It was quite a somber day as Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th President however something did put a smile on our faces.
Former president and unintentional comic George W. Bush was sitting in the audience of Trump’s inauguration and seemed to be having an issue with something.
It was raining so Bush thought it’d be a good idea to throw a rain poncho on. Problem is, he didn’t know how to work it. After seconds of trying to put it around his body and it not working out, he simply just used it as a rain shield.
His expression was classic too as he looked totally defeated after trying and failing to put the poncho on. Twitter, of course, was savage with the response.
“Some of us are sad today, but others had a great time playing peekaboo with a plastic sheet,” someone tweeted. “George W Bush so embarrassed to be seen in Trump's company he hid in a plastic bag #feels #InaugurationDay,” another person wrote.
